Everything the Speakvora agent does
A plain list of what is built and tested, what it costs, and what is not finished.
One page that lists what the agent does today, in plain words. You pay once per business location. Speakvora charges no licence fee per call, per text, per minute or per conversation turn; your phone provider bills your calls and texts, and an AI key is optional and billed by your AI provider. New lines the agent needs are voiced once through the Speakvora API at $3 per million characters, and a line you save to your library replays at no further charge; speech to text is $0.0015 a minute. The bundle includes the agent, so there is nothing to install separately.
Answer calls and texts
- Phone menu you edit yourself: "for hours press 1, for services press 2, for a person press 0", up to ten keys, built by clicking in the dashboard. Callers can also say what they want. See build a phone menu.
- Answers from your own information (hours, menu, prices, rules) first and instantly, then your own AI for what is not covered. See let your AI answer texts and calls.
- Existing numbers and phone systems: your own Twilio account, or a SIP extension on your office phone system (no Twilio needed).
Make it smarter over time
- Quick start turns your basics into a working agent; attach a menu, price list or PDF, add your website, and your own AI learns your business; repeated AI answers become instant library lines that cost nothing after they are voiced once. See make your AI agent smarter.
Include every caller
- Deaf and hard-of-hearing callers are texted straight away and the conversation continues in writing; stutters are understood and slow speakers get time. See the accessibility page.
Bookings, reminders and follow-ups
- Takes bookings, reads back a confirmation code and writes them to Google Calendar. Reminders go out before the booking and a kind follow-up after a no-show or a visit (reminders from Google Calendar).
- Changes of mind and corrections replace the old details everywhere, and a person taking over gets the corrected details (live calls and hand-off).
Tell customers where their order is
- One text with a private tracking link that updates itself as the order moves. See customer order tracking by text.
Promotions to people who said yes
- Announce a sale: the agent drafts a text from your own sale page, you approve it, and it goes only to customers who agreed to sale texts, with STOP honoured. See text promotions.
Your team and your tools
- Alerts and two-way commands in Slack and Microsoft Teams; Jira tickets and Confluence notes for problems; GitHub and GitLab deploys for timing context (Slack and Teams alerts, pipeline alerts).
- A daily briefing for your team, and a bug desk: a customer error becomes a ticket with the deploy that came just before it, and a verified fix (see the free course).
Safe by default
- Starts in practice mode: it records what it would do and sends nothing until you press Go live.
- Customer consent, STOP, quiet hours, a daily limit per person, a Pause all sending switch, approval before sending, an activity log and a view-only role. See test before going live.
- Works through an internet outage: actions wait in an offline queue and go out in order.
Runs on your computer, stays up to date
- Your data stays on your computer; customer details are cleaned from old records after the days you choose.
- Signed automatic updates install only when nothing is happening, with a backup and automatic rollback. More than one location is supported (several locations).

Questions
What does the Speakvora agent do?
It answers your business's texts and calls, books and confirms appointments, plays an editable phone menu, texts order-tracking links, reminds customers, texts opted-in customers your promotions, tells your team in Slack or Teams, and hands a person the details when a caller asks for one. It runs on your own computer.
Is the agent included when I buy a bundle?
Yes, in the agent bundles. Buy a bundle that includes the agent and the agent, your voice lines and the dashboard come in the same download; there is no separate agent fee. Audio-only bundles are the recordings without the agent.
Is there a per-turn or per-call fee?
Not from Speakvora.
Does it help callers who are deaf or stutter?
Yes: a caller who is deaf or asks for a text is texted at once and the conversation continues in writing, a stutter is cleaned to what was meant, and slow speakers are given time. Details and limits are on the accessibility page.
Can I change the phone menu myself?
Yes. Build "for hours press 1, for services press 2" by clicking in the dashboard, up to keys 0 to 9, with options such as opening hours, a message you write, a callback request, your staff phone or another number. A caller can also say what they want, and can always reach a person.
What is not built yet?
No published latency benchmarks, no live coaching mode for human reps, hold music and voicemail for an unanswered transfer, and streaming audio beyond sentence by sentence. The voices are AI-generated, there is no HIPAA claim and we have no published customer case studies yet.
