Run several business locations from one dashboard
A commercial licence adds a Locations button to the dashboard: switch between your branches in one click, see which need you, and set each one up with its own business details.
If you run more than one branch, buy a bundle licence for each business location (up to nine on the site; ten or more, email speakvora@gmail.com for volume pricing). Your account then shows a commercial licence code next to the bundle in My packs.
What you get
- A Locations button at the top of the dashboard. Click it for a menu of your locations, which ones need you, and which still need setting up.
- An All locations overview, and an Add a location button.
- Each location keeps its own agent, phone number, settings and data, so one branch's opt-outs, limits and keys never mix with another's.
Set up
- Copy the licence code from My packs and paste it in the dashboard under Settings, Locations.
- Switch on the Locations menu and name this location.
- For every other location, start its agent, copy the address and token it prints, and press Add a location. Then open it from the menu and press Set up to add that location's own business name, hours, address and connections.
Good to know
Each business location needs its own licence. The code is checked offline in the agent and only turns the Locations menu on: your bundle and its audio work without it, and after the 12-month term the menu stays for 30 days so you can renew. Keep the locations on your private network; the dashboard opens only on the computer running the agent.
