What is a voice agent bundle?
A one-time purchase for one industry and language: checked, ready-made voice lines, an open-source agent with ready-made workflows, and a dashboard that opens in your browser. The agent answers texts, plays a phone menu, confirms bookings and orders, sends reminders and passes a person to your team, using those lines.
How much does a voice agent cost on Speakvora?
A bundle is a one-time $14 to $199 per business location, with updates, the dashboard and support included for 12 months (renewing is optional; the bundle keeps working). There is no subscription and no per-call or per-text fee from us. Your phone provider (for example Twilio) bills you directly for calls and texts, and your own AI provider bills you if you add an AI key.
Do I need a developer?
No. Unzip the bundle, double-click Start Speakvora Agent (Mac or Windows) and the dashboard opens in your browser. It needs Python 3.9 or newer, which is free. Everything after that is clicks, including a workflow builder and a Test my agent screen.
Does it send anything straight away?
No. It starts in practice mode: it records what it would do and sends nothing until you press Go live. Test my agent shows exactly what it would say to a customer text or an event in your app.
Can it answer real questions, not just fixed menus?
Yes, if you add your own AI key (Claude or ChatGPT). It then answers customer texts and calls from your business details, your documents and your menu, hands a person over when it should, and never makes up prices or phone numbers. Without an AI key it follows the workflows and menus you set up.
What are the limits?
The voices are AI-generated, not human recordings. It follows the rules you set and is not a free-talking assistant unless you add your own AI. Non-English bundles are awaiting native-speaker review. Health, legal and financial businesses should keep lines general, and there is no HIPAA claim. We have no published customer case studies yet.
