Speakvora provides text to speech, speech to text and voice-agent APIs, a phrase library, offline phrase packs and a developer portal (together, the service). By creating an account, creating an API key or using the service you agree to these terms and to the Acceptable Use Policy and Privacy Policy. If you use the service for a company, you confirm you may bind it.
Keep your API keys secret and call the API from your server, not from public web code. You are responsible for all use of your keys. Tell us promptly if one leaks; you can revoke and create keys in the portal. You must be at least 18 and give accurate account details.
Prices are shown on the pricing page in US dollars and are charged for what you use. Each account gets a free allowance (100,000 characters of text to speech, 60 minutes of speech to text and 200 agent turns); when it is used up, calls are refused until you add a card. Usage after you add a card is billed monthly in arrears through Stripe, starting the next UTC day. Offline packs are one-time purchases. Prices can change; a change applies to usage after it is published. You are responsible for taxes that apply to you. Card details are handled by Stripe and never reach us.
Offline packs: if a pack cannot be downloaded or does not match its description, contact us within 14 days of purchase and we will fix it or refund it. Usage charges: if we billed you for calls that failed on our side or for a metering error, we will credit or refund the difference when you tell us. Otherwise usage already delivered is not refundable.
You keep the rights to the text, recordings and other material you send (your input). You give us permission to process it only to provide the service to you. You own the audio generated from your input, subject to the voice and library licences in this section: catalog voices and library clips are provided for your use in your products; you may not resell the raw voices, library or packs as a competing voice or phrase service or republish them as a standalone catalogue. Offline packs are licensed to you to ship inside your own products, not to redistribute as packs.
You may create a custom voice only from your own voice or from a voice whose owner has clearly consented. You confirm this when you create one. We may remove a voice if we have reason to believe consent is missing.
Synthetic speech and voice agents can be wrong. Do not use the service as the only way to deliver emergency, medical, legal or safety-critical information. Agents answer only from the facts you give them and do not give medical, legal or financial advice. You are responsible for telling callers when they are hearing an automated voice, and for any recording notices and consents the law requires where you use it.
We work to keep the service running but do not promise uninterrupted or error-free operation. Features marked beta or early access can change. Live speed depends on current capacity; the figures on the speed page are measurements, not guarantees. We may add, change or remove features, with notice where reasonable.
You can stop using the service and close your account at any time; usage up to then stays payable. We may suspend or end access if you break these terms or the Acceptable Use Policy, if your use puts the service or others at risk, or if payment fails. On closure we delete your private audio and keys on request, subject to what we must keep for billing and law.
The service is provided as is and as available, without warranties of any kind to the extent the law allows. To the extent the law allows, our total liability to you for anything arising from the service is limited to what you paid us in the 12 months before the event, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, lost profit or lost data. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
We may update these terms; the date above shows the latest version, and continued use after a change means you accept it. For material changes we will email account owners. Contact: support@eyeguide.ai.
This explains what Speakvora collects, why, who processes it and how long it is kept. It is written to match how the service works today.
/v1/speak is public by link; library clips are cached by the CDN for up to a year, and live-generated clips are kept so repeats are instant. The same text in the same voice returns the same file. Do not put personal data in catalog text.We use these providers, each only to run the service: Amazon Web Services (hosting, storage, sign-in, email); DeepInfra (language model, transcription and custom-voice models; it states zero retention for the models we use); RunPod (GPU speech generation, which receives the sentence to speak); Stripe (payments). We do not sell your data and do not use your input to train models.
You can access, correct or delete your data from the portal or by emailing support@eyeguide.ai; we respond within 30 days. Where privacy law gives you further rights (for example in the EU, UK or California) you can exercise them the same way. We use only the cookies and local storage needed to keep you signed in and remember your theme.
If you send other people's personal data (for example a customer's name in agent text) you are responsible for having the right to do so and for any notices the law requires. Custom voices must be your own voice or used with the speaker's consent.
Data is encrypted in transit; stored data uses AWS encryption at rest. Private audio is reachable only through short-lived signed links. If we learn of a breach affecting your data we will tell you without undue delay.
The service is not directed at children under 13 and accounts require you to be 18.
We will post changes here with a new date. Contact: support@eyeguide.ai.
These rules apply to everything you do with Speakvora. Breaking them can lead to suspension under the Terms.
We reject text that is not a real sentence, and we never generate affirmative safety claims. We may remove content or voices, rate-limit, suspend or close accounts that break this policy, and we may report unlawful activity.
