Tell customers where their order is, with one text
One private link, a page that updates itself, call and text buttons, and nothing private on it.
Stop answering "where is my order?"
Most calls to a busy counter are the same question. The agent texts the customer one private link when the order is received, and the page behind it keeps itself up to date, so the customer looks instead of calling.
How it works
- Your shop, kitchen or app sends the agent an event when the order is received.
- The customer gets one text with the link.
- Each time your system reports a step, the page moves: preparing, ready, picked up, or out for delivery and delivered. It can show your pickup estimate and has call and text buttons.
- The wording fits the business: a restaurant says "In the kitchen", a laundry says "Cleaning", a store says "Packed", a repair shop shows "Checked in" to "Ready".
You can see it working in the free course, and connect any system with a webhook (webhook mapping, ).
Limits
The page shows only the steps your system reports and the estimate you give it. It is not a map or a driver tracker. You pay once per business location. Speakvora charges no licence fee per call, per text, per minute or per conversation turn; your phone provider bills your calls and texts, and an AI key is optional and billed by your AI provider. New lines the agent needs are voiced once through the Speakvora API at $3 per million characters, and a line you save to your library replays at no further charge; speech to text is $0.0015 a minute. All features.
Questions
What does the customer get?
One text with a private link, like pizza chains send. The page shows the order moving through its steps (for a restaurant: received, in the kitchen, ready for pickup, collected, or on the way and delivered) and updates by itself. It has buttons to call or text your business and an estimate card if you send one.
Does the page show private details?
No customer name, no phone number and nothing about what was ordered. Clinics, legal, banking and similar businesses do not get a public link at all because the status itself is private.
Which businesses can use it?
Restaurants and food trucks, retail and online shops, laundry and dry cleaning, pharmacy and dispensary orders (never what is in them), home services and trades (visit steps), auto repair and customer support requests.
How does the page know where the order is?
Your own system tells the agent: order received, preparing, ready, picked up, out for delivery, delivered, delayed or cancelled. Each update changes the page; more texts go out only if you switch that on.
Who hosts the page and what does it cost?
The page can be served by your agent or hosted by Speakvora; it is optional.
