Accessibility statement
Speakvora is built for everyone who calls, texts and uses our pages. This is what we checked, when, and what we have not.
What we checked
On 23 October 2026 we checked 16 pages of this site (home, pricing, packs, agents, docs, voices, playground, account, status, terms, dashboard tour, FAQ, changelog, pack licence, listen and the sign-in portal) against the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2, level AA. We used automated testing (axe-core 4.10.2) in dark and light themes at desktop and phone width, plus keyboard checks: a skip link and a main landmark on every page, a visible focus indicator on the first 40 tab stops, and no sideways scrolling at 320 pixels wide. The automated test reported no violations.
What this is, and is not
This is our own test result. It is not a certification: no body certifies WCAG conformance, and we do not claim that every page meets every success criterion. Automated tests find only part of the problems, and we have not yet had the site reviewed by people who use screen readers or switch devices.
Known gaps
- No review yet with screen readers (VoiceOver, NVDA) or other assistive technology.
- The spoken demo clips show their text on the page but have no separate transcripts.
- The dashboard that runs on a customer’s own computer is a separate product and has not had this check yet.
For the people who call your business
The voice agents answer callers who stutter or speak slowly (they get time to finish), callers who cannot hear well (slower, louder speech), and callers who are deaf (they are texted and the conversation continues in writing). That has been tested with synthetic callers and a speech recogniser, not yet with live relay services or real callers on a phone line.
