Text your promotions to customers who said yes

Drafted from your own sale page, approved by you, sent only to opted-in customers.

Promotions without spamming anyone

Announce a sale turns a sale on your website into a text to the people who asked for them. It is built so that the easy path is the compliant one: consent first, your approval always, and STOP always honoured.

How it works

  1. It watches the pages you list and notices a new sale.
  2. It drafts the text from your own page and tells your team on Slack or Teams. Nothing is sent.
  3. You check it: edit the words, preview who would receive it and who is left out, send yourself a test.
  4. You approve. Only then does it go out, to opted-in customers only, in small batches within your sending hours.

Each text carries your business name and "Reply STOP to opt out". See the rest in everything the agent does and the free course.

Pairs with the phone keypad menu

The same dashboard builds your phone menu: "for hours press 1, for today's special press 2", with up to ten keys, editable any time. See build a phone menu.

Questions

Can the agent text promotions to all my customers?

To the customers who agreed to sale texts, yes. It never texts people who have not agreed: each person on the list has a phone number, how they agreed and when, and anyone who replies STOP is removed for good.

How do customers join the list?

You add one person (for example from a counter sign-up sheet), import a list that records how and when each person agreed, or customers text DEALS to your number and are added with the time.

Does it write the promotion for me?

It watches up to five of your public pages once a day (or when you press Check now) for sale words that were not there before and writes a draft from the words on that page only. It never invents a price, a date or a promise. Nothing is sent until you preview, test it on your own phone and approve it.

Are there limits?

Sending hours (9 a.m. to 8 p.m. by default), small batches inside your hourly limit and at most four sale texts per person a month by default. Practice mode rehearses the whole run without sending. It is never offered to clinics, hospitals, pharmacies, legal, finance, collections, public services, schools or prisons.

Is it legal?

It is a tool, not legal advice. In the United States, promotional texts generally need the person's prior written agreement, must say how to stop and have time-of-day limits; other countries and states differ. Speakvora does not check that your list meets the law, so keep your own proof of consent.

What does it cost?

You pay once per business location. Speakvora charges no licence fee per call, per text, per minute or per conversation turn; your phone provider bills your calls and texts, and an AI key is optional and billed by your AI provider. New lines the agent needs are voiced once through the Speakvora API at $3 per million characters, and a line you save to your library replays at no further charge; speech to text is $0.0015 a minute.
