Phone menu (IVR) prompts, bought once

Short answer: Menu options, transfers, hold messages, callbacks, hours and voicemail lines as ready audio files, one time per pack, to load into your phone system.

What it replaces

Commissioning each prompt from a voice artist is the right call when you need your own words and a human performance (see the price comparison). For the generic lines every phone menu repeats, a pack is a one-time price.

Using it

  1. Hear the free sample of the phone menus pack.
  2. Download the zip after payment and read manifest.json to find each sentence's file.
  3. Convert to your phone system's required format if it needs a specific sample rate.

Honest limits

  • The voices are synthetic. Where the law or good practice requires it, tell listeners they are hearing an automated voice.
  • Non-English audio is marked native review pending until a native speaker approves it.
  • Packs are generic, ready-made lines in the library's voices. They are not your brand voice or a script written for you; for a new sentence call the API.
  • The licence lets you play the audio inside your own apps, devices and services, commercially and offline. You may not resell or redistribute the files or use them to train speech models.

Questions

Will the files work in my phone system?

They are M4A (AAC) audio. Many phone systems need WAV or a specific sample rate, so convert them first with any audio tool.

Is there a monthly fee?

No. A pack is a single payment; updated versions are free for buyers.
