The automated-voice disclosure is a feature. The library includes lines such as "I am a voice assistant. I am not a person." Play one near the start of automated calls; Speakvora does not provide, and will not build, lines meant to make a caller believe a person is on the line.
Telephony is yours. Speakvora returns M4A or MP3 audio. Phone carriers and PBX systems often need a particular codec and sample rate (8 kHz is common); you must convert the file in your stack. We have not tested a telephony integration and do not offer phone numbers.
Variable details such as an account balance or a callback time cannot live in a static file. Combine a fixed intro from the library with a live-generated sentence for the variable part (see the guide), or let your system read the number as digits on screen.

Can I use these in a commercial phone system?
Library audio is served by link through the API. Industry packs, when you buy one, are licensed for play inside your own apps, devices and services, commercial use included, and may not be resold or redistributed. Ask support@eyeguide.ai about your case.
Is the recording notice a legal notice?
No. It is a courtesy sentence. Whether and how you must tell callers about recording depends on where you operate.
Do I need the API?
Not for every line: the API serves library lines by link and generates new sentences. Downloadable packs, which play offline, are coming for every industry.
