Voice prompts for your small business, bought once

Short answer: Speakvora packs are ready-made, checked recordings of the sentences small businesses say all day: greetings, hold messages, hours, directions, confirmations, payment lines, apologies and goodbyes. Pick your industry, pay once ($24 to $199), download a zip, and play the files in your phone system, kiosk, app or website. No subscription, no per-play fee, works offline.

The problem it solves

A small business repeats the same few hundred sentences every day: Thank you for calling, how can I help? Your order is ready for pickup. We are open nine to five. Recording them yourself costs time, a voice actor costs money (professional voice-over is commonly quoted around $80 per 100 words, so a few hundred lines runs into the thousands), and a streaming voice service charges again every time a line plays. A pack gives you the whole set in a consistent voice, already checked, for a single payment.

How it works

  1. Hear it first. Every pack has a free 25-phrase sample.
  2. Buy once. Pay for the pack and voice you want. The download appears in your portal straight away.
  3. Drop the files in. Upload them to your phone system, kiosk, app or site. The manifest tells you which file says which sentence.
  4. Keep it. No monthly fee for the files you bought. New versions of your pack are free to download.

What a streaming voice would cost for the same lines

Example: one 40-character line played 1,000 times a day is about 14.6 million characters a year. At these providers' official list prices (checked 2026-10-08; different models, so this is cost, not quality):

Provider and modelList pricePer year for that example
ElevenLabs Flash / Turbo$40 per million$584 a year
Amazon Polly Standard$4 per million$58 a year
Google Cloud Text-to-Speech Standard$4 per million$58 a year

A pack for that same use is a single payment of $24 to $199, and the files play from your own system. Sources are on the pricing page and the provider pages we compare against.

Questions

Is it really a one-time price?

Yes. Each pack is a single purchase per voice, between $24 and $199. There is no subscription and no per-play fee. When we build a newer version of a pack you already own, you can download it without paying again.

What exactly do I get?

A zip file with one audio file per sentence plus a manifest.json that maps each sentence to its file, a license summary and the same free sample you can hear before buying. The recordings passed our checks: the speech was transcribed and compared with the text, and a reviewer model checked each line.

Can I use the recordings in my business?

Yes. You may play them inside your own apps, phone systems, kiosks and devices, including commercial ones, and ship them offline. You may not resell or redistribute the audio files or the pack as a standalone product, or use them to train speech models. The voices are synthetic; tell listeners they are hearing an automated voice where the law or good practice requires it.

Will my phone system or app play these files?

If it can play an audio file, it can play these. Most business phone systems, voicemail setups, kiosks and websites accept uploaded audio. You do not need to run any code for that; a developer is only needed if you want your own software to choose lines automatically.

Can a pack say my customer's name or an order number?

No. A pack contains fixed sentences, which is why they are checked and can play with no network and no cost per play. For lines that change, use the live speech API with the same voices.

Which languages are available?

English packs are on sale today. Spanish, French and Portuguese lines are being built and checked, and non-English audio is labelled until a native speaker reviews it.
