Which languages are supported?
English, Spanish, French, Hindi, Italian, Japanese, Portuguese, Chinese. Non-English clips are marked native-review-pending until a native speaker has reviewed them; Hindi is a preview.
How does that compare with other providers?

Do I pay per play for repeated phrases?
Not if you use an offline pack: a one-time $24 to $199 purchase that plays from your own app or device. Stored sentences played through the API are billed by character.
