Audio and Voice Recording Retention

How Speakvora stores, secures and deletes your custom voice recordings, agent audio, and conversation memory.

Short answer. Custom-voice and agent audio are private to your account, linked with signed 5-minute URLs, and deleted 75 days after last use. Voice samples used to create a voice are not kept. Agent conversation memory lasts 24 hours. Public library clips are cached for one year.

Custom-voice and agent audio

Audio you generate with a custom voice or through a voice agent is stored privately on your account. It is not shared publicly and cannot be accessed without your API key or agent token.

Private audio is linked with signed URLs that expire after 5 minutes. Each time you reuse the audio, the 5-minute expiry resets.

Private audio is deleted automatically 75 days after your last access to it. Reusing the audio restarts the 75-day countdown. You can also delete individual recordings or all private audio from the portal.

Voice samples and creation

When you create a custom voice by recording a paragraph, uploading speech, or describing and tuning a voice with design meters, Speakvora keeps the sample only while building the voice. Voice samples are not retained after the voice is made.

Your custom voice itself (the model) is stored in your account and can be used to generate new speech at any time.

Agent conversation memory

Voice agents store conversation memory to maintain context across turns. This memory is kept for 24 hours and then deleted automatically. Memory is scoped to a session and your account.

Public library audio

Audio generated with catalog voices (such as Heart, Dora, Alex, Siwis, Alpha, Omega, Kumo, and Mandarin voices) is stored at public, unguessable URLs. Library audio is cached with a one-year lifetime.

Do not send personal data through catalog voices, as the audio may be reused for the same text and is served publicly.

Storage quota and deletion

Your account has a default storage quota of 500 MB for private audio and voice models. You can manage storage by deleting individual voice recordings, entire custom voices, or all private audio from the portal.

Privacy and data processing

Text sent to Speakvora is processed by DeepInfra. Custom-voice audio and agent conversations are private to your account. If you need to delete data or have questions about retention, use the portal's Troubleshoot section or contact support.
