An auto shop voice agent for "is my car ready?"
Short answer: Callers ask whether their car is ready and when they can drop it off. The agent checks with your own system, books the drop-off, and takes a message for the advisor. It never quotes repair prices or diagnoses problems.
What it does
- Checks car status through your endpoint after the caller verifies.
- Books drop-off visits with real availability and, if you want, a deposit link.
- Takes a message for the service advisor instead of quoting repairs.
How you set it up
- Start from the auto shop template.
- Point status_url at your shop system; set hours.
- Publish and test.

Front-desk agents are $12 per 1,000 turns (a turn is one caller question and one spoken answer); basic agents are $10 per 1,000. At 3 to 4 turns a minute that is roughly $0.04 to $0.05 a minute (an estimate, not a measurement). The first 200 turns are free. Background office sounds are free.
Honest limits
- Turn by turn, not live streaming: expect a pause of a few seconds after the caller stops talking (shorter while our GPU lane is serving).
- No inbound phone numbers and no texting yet; confirmations go by email and to your own system by signed webhook.
- The agent only gathers and passes on information. It cannot change, refund, charge or delete anything in your systems, and it says it is an automated assistant.
- Speakvora does not sign HIPAA business associate agreements. If you handle protected health information, your own endpoint decides what is returned and you are responsible for it.
Questions
Will it quote prices?
No. It is told never to quote repair prices or diagnose; it takes a message for the service advisor.
Can it collect a deposit?
Yes, with your payment link on the service; your system tells us when it is paid.
